Overview:
The SayPro Physical Marketing Materials Coordinator is responsible for managing the production of all printed and embroidered marketing materials. This role ensures that all materials align with SayPro’s branding and quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the design, creative, and production teams to oversee the entire process from design approval to final product delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and Artwork Review:
    • Collaborate with SayPro’s design and creative teams to ensure brand consistency in all physical marketing materials.
    • Review proofs, mockups, and digital designs before production to confirm alignment with SayPro’s brand aesthetic.
    • Provide feedback on design modifications to enhance print quality and brand representation.
  2. Production Oversight:
    • Ensure high-quality printing and embroidery standards are maintained.
    • Work with SayPro Brand Material Office under SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR to coordinate production.
    • Monitor the use of approved materials, techniques, and suppliers to uphold brand integrity.
    • Track production timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  3. Quality Control:
    • Conduct thorough inspections of printed and embroidered materials to ensure they meet SayPro’s quality standards.
    • Address any production errors or inconsistencies, working with vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
    • Maintain documentation of production specifications and quality assurance protocols.
  4. Inventory and Distribution Management:
    • Maintain records of physical marketing materials and oversee inventory levels.
    • Coordinate distribution of marketing materials to SayPro’s regional offices, events, and partners.
    • Ensure storage conditions preserve the integrity of printed and embroidered materials.
  5. Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Marketing team to align production schedules with campaign timelines.
    • Report on production costs, supplier performance, and material effectiveness.
    • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in SayPro’s physical marketing materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Print Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in overseeing physical marketing materials, print production, or embroidery.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, color matching, and material selection.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design, creative, and production teams.
  • Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control.
  • Familiarity with printing techniques, embroidery processes, and production equipment.

Work Environment & Expectations:

  • The role involves working in an office setting as well as visiting production facilities.
  • May require occasional travel for supplier meetings and quality checks.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the SayPro Marketing Director.
  • Collaborates closely with SayPro’s creative, procurement, and logistics teams.

This role is essential in ensuring that SayPro’s brand identity is accurately represented in all physical marketing materials. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining the company’s reputation for quality and consistency.
