Overview:
The Marketing Production Coordinator at SayPro is responsible for managing the production of all physical marketing materials. This role ensures that all printed and embroidered materials align with SayPro’s branding and quality standards while maintaining cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Production Oversight:
    • Manage the end-to-end production process for printed and embroidered marketing materials.
    • Ensure all materials meet SayPro’s branding guidelines and quality expectations.
    • Work closely with design teams to ensure the accuracy of print-ready files.
  2. Budget Management:
    • Develop and monitor budgets for printing and embroidery projects.
    • Ensure that all production costs remain within allocated budgets.
    • Track expenditures and optimize costs without compromising quality.
  3. Vendor Coordination & Negotiation:
    • Identify, evaluate, and liaise with printing and embroidery vendors.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and turnaround times to achieve the best value.
    • Build strong relationships with suppliers to maintain quality standards and timely deliveries.
  4. Quality Control:
    • Inspect samples and final products to ensure adherence to SayPro’s quality standards.
    • Address any production issues and find solutions to maintain the integrity of marketing materials.
    • Work with suppliers to rectify any quality discrepancies.
  5. Project Management & Timeline Adherence:
    • Develop and manage timelines for all printing and embroidery projects.
    • Ensure timely delivery of materials for marketing campaigns and promotional events.
    • Coordinate internal approvals and revisions to meet deadlines effectively.
  6. Compliance & Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure all materials comply with SayPro’s brand guidelines and legal requirements.
    • Maintain consistency across all printed and embroidered marketing materials.
    • Work with the SayPro Marketing team to uphold brand integrity in all physical outputs.
  7. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain records of all production projects, including costs, vendors, and final products.
    • Provide monthly reports on expenditures, project statuses, and production performance.
    • Present insights and recommendations to optimize future production efforts.

Key Deliverables:

  • High-quality printed and embroidered materials in line with SayPro branding.
  • Budget adherence and cost-effective production.
  • Strong vendor relationships ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Regular reports on production performance and expenditure.

This role plays a critical part in SayPro’s marketing initiatives by ensuring the quality and efficiency of all physical marketing materials. The Marketing Production Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain brand consistency and optimize production processes.
