SayPro January SCDR.4.17.1 – 5-Day Diving Camp: Provide Scuba Diving Instruction and Certification

The Participant Engagement and Support role is essential to ensuring that each individual in the SayPro 5-Day Diving Camp has a positive, enriching, and personalized experience. Instructors and support staff will actively engage with participants throughout the duration of the camp, providing guidance, answering questions, and offering personalized feedback to help each participant develop their diving skills. This interaction is critical to building a comfortable, supportive environment that encourages learning and ensures that each participant feels confident, informed, and well-supported throughout the certification process.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboarding and Orientation
    • Pre-Camp Engagement: Prior to the camp’s start, instructors and staff will provide participants with essential information about the camp, including schedules, what to bring, health precautions, and what they can expect.
