Job Summary:
The Partnership Manager for EUCalls Opportunities will be responsible for working with organizations, companies, and EU bodies to secure and manage the listing of their relevant EUCalls opportunities on SayPro’s Jobs Report. This role will involve creating and nurturing partnerships to ensure that opportunities for job seekers, grants, tenders, and projects that align with SayPro’s training and certification courses are accurately represented. The goal is to connect SayPro’s platform with relevant EU market players, ensuring that users have access to the best and most up-to-date opportunities that can help enhance their career prospects and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and Establish Partnerships with Relevant Organizations:
- Develop Partnerships: Identify and approach key organizations, EU bodies, private companies, and NGOs that offer opportunities relevant to SayPro’s mission and training programs, including job openings, grants, project partnerships, and EU-funded opportunities.
- Partnership Outreach: Reach out to potential partners across the EU, building long-term relationships with stakeholders that can provide valuable opportunities for SayPro’s users. Engage with EU funding agencies and industry associations to bring relevant opportunities into SayPro’s ecosystem.
- Alignment with SayPro’s Mission: Work to ensure the opportunities align with SayPro’s core offerings in digital skills, technology, data science, marketing, and other key sectors, ensuring the opportunities meet the needs of SayPro’s user base.
2. Manage EUCalls Opportunity Listings:
- Coordinate Listings: Work with the product and content teams to ensure that relevant opportunities are accurately and consistently listed on SayPro’s Jobs Report. This involves gathering detailed information from partners, formatting and submitting opportunities, and ensuring their proper categorization for easy user access.
- Opportunity Verification: Verify the credibility and relevance of opportunities listed on the platform. Ensure that the partners providing opportunities meet SayPro’s standards for trustworthiness and quality.
- Maintain Accuracy: Regularly update and review the listings to ensure that all opportunities are current, relevant, and reflect the latest EUCalls submissions.
3. Strategic Planning and Content Development:
- Strategic Opportunity Identification: Identify trends and areas of growth in the EU market where SayPro’s courses and certifications could meet the demand for skilled professionals. Ensure that opportunities reflect these market trends and provide actionable outcomes for users.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the content, marketing, and product teams to ensure all partner opportunities are presented in an appealing and effective manner within SayPro’s Jobs Report.
- Content Creation: Assist in the development of promotional content that highlights the value of the listed opportunities. This may include job descriptions, partnership showcases, user testimonials, and success stories to make opportunities more attractive to potential candidates.
4. Strengthen SayPro’s EU Network:
- Build and Expand Network: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key EU stakeholders to grow SayPro’s network within the EU market. This includes establishing partnerships with EU funding bodies, training organizations, corporate entities, and governmental institutions.
- Leverage Existing Connections: Utilize existing partnerships to expand SayPro’s reach in the EU education and job markets, ensuring the platform becomes a trusted resource for EU-based opportunities.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track Partnership Success: Measure the effectiveness of each partnership by tracking the number of opportunities listed, user engagement, and impact on course enrollments. Monitor how well these opportunities convert into successful job placements or relevant outcomes.
- Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and relevant stakeholders on the status of partnerships, updates to the Jobs Report, and trends within the EUCalls opportunities space.
6. Engage with Stakeholders:
- Regular Communication: Maintain continuous communication with EU bodies and partner organizations to foster collaboration and ensure ongoing participation. Provide feedback on how the opportunities are performing and work together to improve listings and outcomes.
- Address Queries: Serve as the main point of contact for partners and handle any questions or concerns regarding opportunity listings. Provide timely updates and facilitate smooth communication channels between SayPro and its partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong Partnership and Relationship Management:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining partnerships with EU bodies, corporations, NGOs, and industry stakeholders.
- Ability to negotiate, close deals, and maintain long-term relationships to create a sustainable network of partners contributing to SayPro’s Jobs Report.
2. EU Market Knowledge:
- Understanding of the EU job market, EU funding opportunities, EU grants, and EU project initiatives.
- Familiarity with EU programs, EU-funded educational projects, and how they align with SayPro’s educational offerings.
3. Project Management and Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple partnerships, deadlines, and tasks simultaneously.
