The goal for each wellness camp is to generate a minimum of $5,000 in revenue, achieved through a combination of the following revenue streams:

  1. Registration Fees:
    • The primary source of revenue will be the fees paid by participants for attending the camp. The registration fees will be structured to reflect the value of the camp, covering all the activities, workshops, and meals. The pricing should be competitive yet sustainable for the operations.
    • The fee will be determined based on the camp’s duration, location, and the value of the wellness services offered. For example, if the camp spans multiple days and includes high-value services such as personal training, yoga, fitness coaching, and wellness workshops, the registration fee can range from $50 to $200 per participant, depending on the offerings.
    • A target number of 100 participants per camp should aim to generate $5,000, assuming a mid-range registration fee of $50 per person.
  2. Sponsorships:
    • Sponsorship opportunities will be offered to brands and organizations that align with the wellness and fitness industry. These partnerships can be tailored to meet the sponsor’s goals while also benefiting the camp experience.
    • A sponsorship package could include branding opportunities, logo placement on marketing materials, recognition on the SayPro website, social media mentions, and a chance for sponsors to be part of the event by providing products or services.
    • The goal is to secure at least 3 sponsors per camp, with each contributing a minimum of $500 to $1,500 depending on the sponsorship tier (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze).
  3. Merchandise Sales:
    • Offering branded merchandise such as t-shirts, water bottles, yoga mats, or wellness products provides an additional revenue stream. These products can be marketed through the registration process or made available for purchase during the camp.
    • Merchandise prices will vary based on the product but can generate incremental revenue, with an estimated revenue of $500 to $1,000 per camp from merchandise sales, depending on the popularity of the products and the number of items sold.
  4. Online Donations (if applicable):
    • If the wellness camp is part of a larger charitable effort or if SayPro intends to support a specific cause, participants may be encouraged to contribute additional voluntary donations. This could be done through an online platform or at the camp site itself.
    • A goal of $500 to $1,000 in online donations or contributions could be targeted from participants who wish to support the camp’s mission or future programs.

Revenue Breakdown:

  • Registration Fees: $50 per participant x 100 participants = $5,000
  • Sponsorships: 3 sponsors x $500 to $1,500 each = $1,500 to $4,500
  • Merchandise Sales: Estimate $500 to $1,000
  • Online Donations (optional): Estimate $500 to $1,000 (if applicable)

Total Revenue Target: $5,000 to $10,000 per camp.

By meeting these targets, SayPro will be able to generate sufficient revenue to cover the costs of running the wellness camp, offer high-quality services to participants, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
