    D. Challenges and Issues Faced

    4. Role of the SayPro Chief Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Royalty Report and Meeting (SCMR)

    • The SCMR Meeting is held on the 6th of each month to review and discuss the submitted reports.
    • The meeting aims to:
      • Evaluate progress on key initiatives
      • Address challenges and propose solutions
      • Ensure alignment with SayPro’s strategic objectives
      • Provide guidance and support to employees
    • The Chief Learning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer compiles all updates into a comprehensive report to be shared with senior management.
