All SayPro employees are required to actively participate in relevant training sessions and workshops to ensure they remain informed about the latest Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) compliance requirements and newly accredited programs. These training sessions are designed to enhance employees’ understanding of QCTO standards, improve competency in their respective roles, and ensure that SayPro continues to meet accreditation requirements.

Objectives of Attending Training:

  • Ensure compliance with QCTO accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Gain knowledge on newly accredited training programs and any updates to existing courses.
  • Improve skills and competencies related to training facilitation, assessment, and accreditation processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Types of Training Offered:

  1. QCTO Compliance Training – Covers all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to accreditation and quality assurance.
  2. Accredited Program Updates – Introduces newly approved training programs, curriculum changes, and updates on existing courses.
  3. Trainer and Assessor Development Workshops – Equips facilitators and assessors with the skills needed to effectively deliver accredited programs.
