Position Overview:

The Content Integration Specialist at SayPro is responsible for supporting content creators and editors in effectively using shortcodes to integrate complex elements such as forms, sliders, galleries, dynamic media, and other interactive features into SayPro’s pages, blog posts, and product listings. This role is designed to empower content creators with easy-to-use tools, ensuring the smooth integration of rich, engaging content while maintaining consistency, functionality, and design across the platform.

Working closely with the content, development, and marketing teams, the Content Integration Specialist will help streamline the content creation process and ensure that shortcodes are used efficiently and correctly, without requiring deep technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training and Support for Content Creators

  • Provide Hands-On Training: Offer training sessions and one-on-one support to content creators, editors, and marketers on how to use shortcodes to add complex elements to their posts, pages, and product listings. This includes teaching them how to insert and customize shortcodes for things like forms, sliders, media embeds, and dynamic content features.
  • Create User-Friendly Guides: Develop clear, easy-to-understand documentation and step-by-step guides that outline how to use specific shortcodes effectively. This includes explaining how to insert and adjust attributes like layout, color, and content types, ensuring that non-technical users can successfully manage their content.
