Objective: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all printed and embroidered materials to the appropriate departments or event locations, adhering to SayPro’s high-quality standards for printing and embroidery.

Details of Task:

  1. Materials Identification:
    • Identify all printed and embroidered materials required for the given period, such as marketing materials, branded clothing, event banners, etc.
    • Ensure that the list is comprehensive and includes all items, verifying them with the department or event manager.
  2. Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure that all printing and embroidery are done to the highest standard, following SayPro’s brand guidelines and quality control procedures.
    • Coordinate with SayPro’s Brand Material Office for review and approval of the final designs and quality.
    • Double-check for consistency in branding, ensuring that all materials meet SayPro’s expectations for color, logo placement, and material type.
  3. Printing and Embroidery:
    • Work with the printing and embroidery teams to ensure the production of high-quality materials.
    • Oversee the printing process (e.g., brochures, posters, flyers) and embroidery process (e.g., staff uniforms, promotional clothing) to guarantee accuracy and brand consistency.
  4. Delivery Scheduling:
