Job Role Overview for SayPro Initiative:
The role involves overseeing the production and distribution of all physical marketing materials within SayPro’s operations. This includes managing the creation, quality control, and logistical flow of printed and embroidered materials that align with SayPro’s branding and marketing standards. The position plays a key role in ensuring timely delivery to internal teams or external event locations, and is also responsible for managing inventory and ensuring future campaign needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Oversight:
- Oversee the creation of physical marketing materials, ensuring they adhere to SayPro’s branding guidelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with SayPro’s printing and embroidery teams to ensure high-quality production of materials (e.g., brochures, banners, apparel).
- Ensure that all designs, colors, and formats align with SayPro’s corporate identity and are optimized for the intended purpose, whether for internal use or external distribution.
- Distribution & Logistics Coordination:
- Manage the logistics of delivering marketing materials to the appropriate teams or event locations. This includes working with vendors, couriers, and internal departments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Track deliveries and ensure that all materials reach the destination in perfect condition, meeting deadlines for campaign launches or events.
- Regularly communicate with other teams (marketing, events, sales) to confirm material requirements and adjust delivery schedules as necessary.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory system for marketing materials, ensuring that stock levels are sufficient for both current and upcoming campaigns.
- Regularly monitor stock and reorder materials as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Keep accurate records of materials distributed, received, and stored to ensure effective use and prevent wastage.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular checks on all printed and embroidered materials to ensure they meet SayPro’s standards for quality and branding consistency.
- If issues arise during production, identify solutions to quickly address and rectify the problem, ensuring minimal impact on overall timelines.
- Collaboration with SayPro Marketing and Royalty SCMR Teams:
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing department to ensure materials align with marketing campaigns and seasonal goals.
- Work with the SayPro Royalty SCMR team to ensure that all marketing materials are produced in accordance with brand royalty guidelines, preventing any deviations or potential brand misrepresentation.
- Compliance with SayPro Standards:
- Ensure all printed and embroidered materials produced are in line with SayPro’s branding and marketing standards outlined by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
- Follow SayPro’s established processes for the procurement and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring no violations of corporate policies.
- Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of material production, inventory levels, and logistics.
- Maintain records of all print and embroidery projects, including quantities, costs, suppliers, and delivery details for future reference and audits.
