Position Overview:

As a Content Promotion and Distribution Specialist at SayPro, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for ensuring that content produced by the SayPro Content Team reaches a wide audience through various channels. You will be responsible for managing the scheduling, promotion, and distribution of a wide range of content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and newsletters. This role requires a detail-oriented and creative individual who understands how to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate Content Scheduling:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Content Team to understand content timelines and ensure timely scheduling of posts, blogs, articles, and newsletters.
    • Maintain a detailed content calendar for monthly and quarterly promotions, ensuring all content is promoted across appropriate channels at the right time.
  2. Content Distribution and Promotion:
    • Promote and share content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to maximize visibility and engagement.
    • Ensure that all content is properly formatted and optimized for each platform, including appropriate hashtags, captions, and images.
    • Collaborate with the Content Team to ensure articles, blog posts, and other content are shared via SayPro’s websites and email newsletters.
  3. Monitor and Report on Performance:
    • Track and report on the performance of distributed content, providing feedback to the Content and Marketing teams on what is resonating with audiences.
    • Use analytics tools to assess engagement (likes, shares, comments, clicks) and make recommendations for future content promotion strategies.
  4. Quarterly and Monthly Post Promotion:
    • Oversee the promotion and sharing of SayPro’s quarterly and monthly content, such as the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-4 and SayPro Quarterly Post Promotion.
    • Ensure that quarterly posts receive proper exposure and engagement across all digital channels, focusing on maximizing reach and interaction.
  5. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:
    • Work with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR (Sales and Content Management Reporting) Office to align on content strategy and identify key focus areas for content promotion each month and quarter.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand target demographics and promote content effectively to drive leads and conversions.
  6. Engagement and Community Building:
    • Actively monitor social media platforms for audience engagement, responding to comments, messages, and discussions about the content.
    • Build and nurture online communities, creating conversations around SayPro’s content and services.
  7. Optimization and Strategy Adjustment:
    • Continually optimize content promotion strategies by analyzing which channels, formats, and times yield the best results.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to adjust strategies based on emerging trends or shifts in audience behavior.
  8. Cross-Department Collaboration:
    • Ensure seamless communication between different teams (Content, Design, Sales, and Marketing) to ensure alignment on campaigns and content goals.
    • Coordinate with the design team to ensure visual assets are aligned with the content being promoted.
  9. Content Marketing Strategy Support:
    • Support the broader content marketing strategy by proposing ideas for new content formats and distribution methods that can enhance visibility and engagement.
    • Keep up with the latest trends in content marketing and distribution to propose innovative methods for increasing content reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content promotion, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices for content distribution.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with web analytics and social media insights tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity and innovation to push the boundaries of content promotion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) for content promotion.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletters (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and how it can be leveraged for content promotion.
  • A passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.
