Job Overview
The Content Promotion and Distribution Specialist is responsible for enhancing the visibility of SayPro’s content through various ad platforms, sponsored posts, and strategic content-sharing initiatives. The role involves executing monthly and quarterly promotion plans as outlined in SayPro Monthly January SCMR-4 and SayPro Quarterly Post Promotion and Sharing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Promotion & Advertising
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital marketing channels.
- Optimize sponsored posts to increase reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistent promotion of SayPro content following the SayPro Quarterly Post Promotion and Sharing strategy.
2. Social Media & Distribution
- Distribute SayPro’s content strategically across various platforms, ensuring maximum audience engagement.
- Work closely with the SayPro Posts Office to schedule and share posts effectively.
- Leverage influencer partnerships and third-party content-sharing networks to extend SayPro’s reach.
3. Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Track and analyze the performance of promoted content using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports on ad spend, engagement rates, and ROI.
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights to improve effectiveness.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty (SCMR) team to align promotions with broader marketing goals.
- Work with content creators and designers to optimize promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new advertising opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, paid advertising, or content promotion.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Understanding of content marketing and audience engagement strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

- Increase in engagement and reach of SayPro’s content.
- ROI on paid promotions and sponsored content.
