Job Summary:
The Tracking and Analytics Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing systems to track the engagement and performance of the EUCalls Opportunities Listing on SayPro’s Jobs Report. This role involves collecting and analyzing data related to user interactions with the opportunities listed on SayPro, such as clicks, views, and applications submitted. The goal is to gain insights into how candidates engage with these listings and understand the effectiveness of SayPro’s outreach efforts in driving qualified applicants for EU-based opportunities. The role will require proficiency in tracking tools, data analytics, and reporting to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations to optimize the opportunities listing and the overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement Tracking Systems:
- Set Up Tracking Tools: Work with the technical team to implement robust tracking systems (such as Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and custom tracking scripts) to monitor how users interact with the EUCalls Opportunities on SayPro’s Jobs Report.
- Track User Actions: Ensure tracking systems measure key actions such as clicks on job listings, time spent on the listings page, form submissions, and job applications submitted through SayPro.
- Track Source of Traffic: Monitor and record the source of traffic (e.g., organic search, social media, email campaigns) that leads users to the EUCalls listings, helping identify which marketing efforts are the most effective.
2. Monitor User Engagement and Behavior:
- Engagement Metrics: Track important engagement metrics like page views, bounce rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates for EUCalls listings.

- Industry Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest trends in web analytics, conversion rate optimization, and tracking technologies to ensure SayPro remains at the forefront of performance tracking.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Analytical Expertise:
- Strong experience in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and conversion tracking systems.
- Ability to interpret large volumes of data and extract actionable insights that drive decisions to optimize engagement with EUCalls listings.

- Proficient in analyzing performance data and making informed recommendations to improve conversion rates and user engagement on job listings.
