- Cost Breakdown:
- Cost of goods sold (COGS) for each product (manufacturing, material, labor costs, etc.)
- Direct and indirect costs involved in product creation.
- Pricing Strategy:
- The sale price for each product.
- Any applicable discounts or promotions.
- Revenue Data: The amount of revenue generated by each product.
- Profit Margins: Desired or calculated profit margin for each product.
For the SCFR (Sales Cost and Financial Report):
- Sales Data:
- Total sales for the month (broken down by product and region if applicable).
- Units sold for each product.
- Cost Data:
- Total costs associated with each product.
- Financial Summary:
- Gross profit (Sales – COGS).
- Operating profit (Gross profit – operating expenses).
- Net profit (Operating profit – taxes and other costs).
- Key Financial Ratios:
- Gross margin.
- Operating margin.
- Net margin.
