1. Objective of the Post-Competition Follow-Up
The SayPro Post-Competition Follow-Up is a structured process aimed at:
- Acknowledging all participants for their efforts and engagement.
- Communicating competition results transparently and publicly.
- Providing feedback to participants to support their growth and development.
- Delivering prizes, certificates, and recognitions to the winners and notable participants.
- Sustaining relationships with participants, judges, and partners for future competitions.
2. Detailed Components of Post-Competition Follow-Up
A. Communication of Results
Once the judging process is completed and winners are finalized, the SayPro Development Competitions Office will:
- Prepare an Official Results Announcement including the list of winners, runners-up, honorable mentions, and special awards.
- Publish the results on all SayPro digital platforms, including:
- SayPro Website
- SayPro Social Media Channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Email Newsletters
- Partner and Sponsor Websites (where applicable)
- Issue a Press Release to relevant media outlets and SayPro stakeholders.
Timeline: Within 3-5 working days after the conclusion of judging.
B. Direct Communication to Participants
Personalized Emails/Letters:

2. Certificates of Participation & Recognition
- Design and issue Certificates of Participation to all valid participants.
