Proof of Payment Requirement

To complete your application and secure your place in a SayPro program, you must submit proof of payment for the applicable program or registration fee.

What qualifies as valid proof of payment:

  • A bank deposit slip with a clear reference number and applicant name
  • A screenshot or PDF of an online payment confirmation (e.g. EFT, mobile banking, PayPal, or card payment)
  • A payment receipt issued by SayPro (if payment was made in person or through an authorized agent)

Important Notes:

  • The proof of payment must clearly show:
    • Date of payment
    • Amount paid
    • Reference or invoice number (if provided)
    • Payer’s full name
  • Your application will not be reviewed until valid proof of payment is received
