Objective:

Provide a monthly report that includes:

  • Performance data of widgets across all posts (e.g., user interactions, engagement metrics).
  • Changes made to the widgets based on user feedback, ensuring continual improvement and alignment with audience preferences.

As part of the SayPro Monthly January SCMR-4 initiative, this target falls under the larger objective of improving the effectiveness and engagement of SayPro widgets across the platform. A monthly report allows for real-time tracking, adjustments, and continuous improvements to the widgets, ensuring that they stay relevant and functional.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Widget Interaction Metrics:
    • Clicks: Number of times the widget was clicked (e.g., social share buttons, forms).
    • Social Shares: Number of times users shared the content via widgets.
    • Form Submissions: Number of completed forms (e.g., newsletter sign-ups).
    • Poll/Quiz Participation: Number of users who engaged with polls or quizzes embedded in widgets.

  2. Widget Performance Trends:
    • Comparison to Previous Month: How widget performance has changed from the previous month in terms of user interaction and overall engagement.
