- Instructor Coordination:
- Ensure that all instructors, trainers, and facilitators are briefed on the day’s agenda and any specific requirements for their sessions.
- Serve as the liaison between instructors and participants to address logistical needs and ensure smooth transitions between activities.
- Ensure instructors have all the resources they need to effectively run their sessions.
- Safety and Emergency Management:
- Be familiar with all safety protocols and ensure that they are being followed.

- Communication:
- Facilitate clear and constant communication with participants, staff, and instructors.

- Equipment and Material Management:
